Purpose

Responsbile for overseeing all tax operations across the group including managing tax reporting and providing strategic tax guidance for coporate entities and real estate investment funds.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee fund tax planning and strategy, including tax-efficient structuring and tax risk management.
Manage all aspects of tax reporting and compliance for the business' funds.
Support fund management and fund operations with tax-related matters.
Provide tax insights and support strategic iniatives.
Working alongside the Head of Legal & Compliance to plan, address and mitigate tax risk.
Provide the COO recommendations to improve tax governance and enhance processes.
Provide direction and supervision in relation to tax to corporate accounting team and European team.
Set the annual targets of the European team to monitior performance in relation to tax.

Key Requirements

10+ years' experience in tax preferably within a real estate investment manager or for an advisor to a real estate investment manager.
Strong understanding of real estate investment structures and partnerships.
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with interal and external stakeholders.
Execellent anlytical skills with the ability to interpret complex structures and provide strategic recommendations.
