Senior Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC

HedgerWay are currently partnered with a leading UK Property company in the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director, the role forms part of the Commercial Finance team and is a key bridge between finance to non-finance departments across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance business partner with key divisions, including regular liaison to ensure up to date understanding of their performance as well as budget vs actual cost positions.
• Drive production of annual budget/re-forecasts, 10 year business plan and any other related analysis and insight.
• Support with analysis/forecasting of leases/transactions as required.
• Support the Investment Team
• Produce clear and concise commentary on individual variances as well as high level top-line commentary for inclusion in management information presentations
• Contribute to finance systems discussions, with a focus on efficiency and automation of key analysis.
• Assist with group cashflow analysis.
• Provide general finance, market and property analysis as required.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and prior experience in the Property / Real Estate sector would be beneficial, not essential. The client is looking for someone able to build strong relationships with finance & non-finance individuals and have the confidence to challenge assumptions.
