Finance Business Partner

A fast-gowing, product design business are currently in the market for a Finance Business Partner to join their flagship Manchester office. Working closely with, and business partner to, the newly-appointed UK FD alongside numerous touchpoints across the business.

Delivering best-in-class practices for Sales and Operations teams, whilst also supporting Financial Control teams with monthly reporting and MI analysis. Being a part of a global network of franchised offices, totalling c£0.5bn, operational excellence is key for their distribution network of products. As above, the Finance Business Partner will need to have a proven track record within stock (analysis, control & reporting), MI reporting and business partnering with accounting teams.

• Must have demonstrated a history of change management and turnaround - divisional and group.
• Commercially-driven Finance Business Partner with ability to build relationships with senior and junior stakeholders.
• Appreciation, and hands-on ability, to support technical accounting, reporting and month-end process improvement.
• Resilient individual who can drive change, and a commercial awareness to support others in driving change.
• Budget and forecasting process expert; modelling, reporting and analysis.
