Fractional FD/CFO - 2 days a week

We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Fractional CFO/FD, operating at 2 days a week to drive financial excellence and strategic growth within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire finance function and leading a dedicated team, fostering their development and success.
• Implementing rigorous cash management and working capital control measures, alongside transparent and efficient reporting practices.
• Taking charge of financial reporting, including monthly and statutory accounts, strategic planning, and ad hoc reporting for executives and external stakeholders.
• Focus on profit and cash forecasting, utilising strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Leveraging IT platforms for robust financial and non-financial MI development, in preparation for future growth.
• Building strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders, contributing as a vital member of the Senior Management Team.
• Developing a holistic profit model for their property portfolio.
• Collaborating on financing initiatives, M&A, and strategic projects initiated by investors.
• Providing transparent and detailed financial performance reporting to the Board.
• Supporting upcoming M&A activities within the next 6-12 months.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified accountant with a proven track record.
• Commercially astute, with a keen interest in performance analysis.
• Essential experience in the Services sector, coupled with operational involvement.
• Ability to lead and transform finance teams through cultural shifts.
