The Role:
As a Divisional Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, supporting the financial operations of one of our dynamic divisions. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities specific to your division. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and ensure financial objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property development or real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
