This is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of the leading names in global Real Estate.

The role of Financial Controller will take financial responsibility for this circa £500m division and report straight to the Global Head of, you'll manage a team of financial accountants and work closley with the busness partnering team as well as the Divisional FD.

This is a high profile role with broad exposure to the group and will take responsibility for a mix of commercial and technical accounting matters including for revenue analytics, SOX controls and divisional audits.

The position will suit a ACA qualified with a strong technical skillset and some knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and Accounting standards, you'll be comfortable leading a team and have good communcaition skills. The business has an exceptional track record for development and progression as such this represents a superb starting point for an ambitious future finance leader.

Flexible working with offices based in Central London, salary to £100k + Car + bonus.
